Unused items that are in a resellable condition can be returned within 30 days after receiving it.
It doesn’t need to be in the original packaging, but must please include the info card (you can keep any stickers that you received with the order).

- Include the following:
- Order Number
- T-shirt Name & Size that you would like to return / exchange.
- Size that you would like to exchange it for.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

The following options available:
- Exchange for another size.
- Exchange for another design.
- Exchange for another style.
- Refund for store credit to use on our website in the future.

If we made a mistake with you order (e.g. sent the wrong size, style, design) we will have the incorrect items collected & replaced by courier – free of charge. It was our mistake after all!
If you’d like a different size or you’d prefer a different style (e.g. t-shirt over tank top) form the item(s) ordered, we’ll meet you half way – you can send us the item(s) using a service that is most convenient to you or we can arrange a courier to collect it from you (unfortunately you will have to carry the costs for this part – which is R80).
Please contact us to arrange payment for our courier to collect.
Once we receive the item(s) we will courier you the exchange items ASAP (we cover the costs of this part).

Sometimes mistakes or accidents happen, whether during production or during shipping – but luckily that’s not your problem.
We will gladly replace/refund a damaged item, free of charge (we will cover the pickup & return shipping costs).
Please note that we might request a photo of the damaged item.
