HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Start off by browsing all of our awesome designs. Once you choose your design, you will be routed to the product’s page.

Adding to Cart

From the product page, start off by selecting the right gender from the drop-down menu. Then pick the correct size.
If you’re not sure, click on ‘T-shirt Sizes’ link under the “About” heading on the Home Page to find the body measurements for each item. Then choose the colour that you would like. Once you find your right size & colour click “Add to Cart”. A banner saying that “Product successfully added to cart” will appear, confirming the item in your cart. You can choose to continue shopping by click on the “Home” tab, or to complete your order, you can click on the “Cart” heading. Throughout your buying experience you can hover over the cart at any time to see what you have in your cart.

Viewing or Changing your Cart

Once you’ve added all the items to your cart, begin the checkout process. Click “View Cart” to review your shopping cart. You can change or update any items in your cart. To take something out, click ‘Remove item’ (a cross next to the design image). To change the quantity, update the number in the quantity filed and click ‘Update’. You can also add any gift, store or coupon codes you plan to use at this step. Enter your code into the appropriate field and click ‘Apply coupon’. Once your cart is all set, click ‘Proceed to Check out’ to continue.

Checkout

Fill in the appropriate information on each step and click ‘Continue’. If there are any issues with information entered, an error will pop up with information on what to do in order to proceed. Once you’ve filled out the Shipping Info, you can choose the payment method you’d prefer.
Webcash: Safe online payment solution that you can use to pay with a credit card or an EFT.
Old School Bank Transfer: You will be given our banking details, after which you will have to make payment at your own leisure. Please use your order number and surname as reference.

You’re all set! We’ll send over an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. All you need to do is sit back and pat yourself on the back – you’ve done well for yourself!

HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER?

We provide two options to pay for your order:

  • Credit Card via PayU, which provides an online payment solution (you will need to register with them for free prior to completing your order)
  • Via a Good Old Bank Transfer: after completing your order, you will receive our banking details and you will have to do an EFT or Direct Deposit into our account. Please use your order number and surname as reference and email us your proof of payment.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A hand-to-hand courier service is supplied by Fastway Couriers, who will deliver parcels within 3 business days to major centres & associated areas. Please note that the courier only collects on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and will the delivery time of 3 business days be calculated from the day of collection.

            • Overnight (within 1 business day) to major centres.
            • Within 3 business days to the rest of the country.
            • International shipments: 2-5 business days.

Please note that Aramex does not effect deliveries on public holidays or weekends, and that the estimated time for delivery is calculated from the day the order is shipped, not from the day the order is placed.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM THAT DOESN’T FIT?

Just send us an email at info@valhallatees.co.za or use the “Kontak Ons” section on the website and let us know which size you currently have, and for which one you’d like to exchange it. Then send the tee to us within 30 days from the purchase date, after which we will send you the correct size – free of charge! Please note that exchanges are dependent on availability of stock and we cannot guarantee that we will have the exact size you are looking for.

WHERE ARE YOUR TEES MADE?

All our items are made in Cape Town from the highest quality material and using the best printing techniques.

HOW DO GIFT CERTIFICATES WORK?

Your coupon/electronic gift certificate will have a unique number (code) that you will need to enter in the blank field next to ‘Apply coupon’ in your Shopping Cart before you check out.  Then just click on the “Apply Coupon” button and the discount will automatically be applied to your final amount.
